ZUCCHINI QUICHE! TYPICALLY FRENCH!

Miam Mioum – today we'd like to share our favorite summer recipe with you! Light, with fresh ingredients, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients for 6 people
- Homemade shortcrust pastry or from the refrigerated section
- 2 zucchinis
- 200 g goat cheese roll
- 50 g grated cheese
- 250 ml cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lavender honey
- Herbs of Provence
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- salt / pepper

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) (or 180°C fan-assisted). Place the round shortcrust pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Prick several times with a fork.

Cut the zucchini into very thin slices. Arrange the zucchini slices on the dough base. Slice the goat cheese and place it on top of the zucchini. Spread a tablespoon of honey over the goat cheese.

Whisk the three eggs thoroughly in a bowl. Add the cream and mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Provençal herbs, and freshly grated nutmeg.

Spread the egg and cream mixture over the zucchini slices. Bake in the hot oven on the second rack for about 45 minutes.
