Autumn trip to our lavender producer

On a beautiful autumn afternoon, under an azure sky, we met with our lavender producer at the foot of the famous Mont Ventoux in Provence.
At an altitude of over 800 meters, the married couple Nadège and Johan Vervin operate their organic lavender farm in the municipality of Sault. For three generations, they have passionately perpetuated the tradition of producing and distilling organic lavender. Only the harvest, once done by hand, has been mechanized over time, allowing them to cultivate 60 hectares of fine, organically certified lavender.
Their organic lavender Provence products offer a color of exceptional intensity and a unique fragrance. Nadège and Johan have preserved the knowledge of bygone eras, adapted to their times, and offer a beautiful selection of organic products. They run their workshop with love and care. The products are entirely processed in the municipality of Sault, in Provence, and delivered directly to Apropos-Provence.
